With Day of Coordination, people always question if it’s worth it. YES! Let me tell you a little bit of how it works.

I will meet with you two to three months prior to your event to go over details and talk about how far you are in the planning process. I will gather your list of vendors and be their point of contact to keep up on payments and answer questions. Then, I will have a site visit no less than one week before the event to view the space and see how everything will be set up. During all of this, you will have unlimited contact with me through emails. If the event is a Wedding and requires a rehearsal, I will be taking that on as well. On the day of your event, I run the show. This includes things such as, setting up and cleaning up, communicating with your vendors, keeping with the timeline and making sure everything happens when it should. All during that time, you get to relax and enjoy your event!
